A student-led mental health speaker series that hopes to provide continued support for the community in these tough times. This month’s talk will feature two exercise specialists to show simple exercises you can do from your living room after a long day of sitting at a computer, as well as a holistic health and wellness coach to talk about realistic changes that everyone can make to their diets in order to stay nourished in quarantine. After the 40 minute talk, there will be a 20-minute audience Q & A as well. Please note this meeting will be recorded.
