2026-2027 Academic Year Financial Information and Agreements
All Student/School Fee Invoices and Tuition Fee Invoices will go live and be available for payment via MySchoolBucks, accessible through the parent/guardian PowerSchool account.
- Tuition and Student/School Fees must be paid in full between July 2 and August 1, 2026, or families can pay fees in installments.
- A non-refundable $50.00 payment Plan fee must be paid by all families who elect to pay in installments.
- After August 1, late fees will be assessed on overdue fees.
In-State Student/School Fee Information
IMSA’s in-state student/school fee structure is based on the National School Lunch & Breakfast Programs. IMSA assesses this fee on a six-tier sliding scale based on a student’s total family income and the number of household members. The full annual student/school fee will be the same for all three years the student attends IMSA. Any reduction in the annual Student/School fee is determined each school year, as described below.
Any Illinois family that wishes to apply for a Student/School fee reduction must complete the National School Programs Application. IMSA will not utilize or disclose personal information received from this form, except to determine a student’s fee reduction. The IMSA Business Office will contact you as soon as possible regarding the status of your student fee reduction application.
- Class of 2027 – Seniors
- Class of 2028 – Juniors
- Class of 2029 – Sophomores (*Sophomore families that are still on the waitlist will not be invoiced any fees until they are invited
off the wait-list.) - 2026-2027 Financial Responsibility Agreement (For In-State students, if you are paying in installments, you must complete and submit the 2026-2027 Financial Responsibility Agreement to the Business Office by August 1).
Out-of-State Student Tuition Information
For Out-of-State Students, paying in installments, you must complete and submit the Tuition Payment Plan Agreement for your Student’s graduation class (listed below) to the Business Office by August 1.
MySchoolBucks Information
All student fees and tuition payments will be made through MySchoolBucks, accessible via the parent/guardian PowerSchool account.
