Gretchen Boules PsyD., and Kara Perry J.D. turned RYT 200. They are ready to give the 5th talk in the IMSApported series entitled “Easy, Non-Cheesy Ways to Incorporate Meditation and Mindfulness Into Your Semester Routine.” Take one hour of your day next week to take care of yourself, lower your stress levels, and calm your mind. There will also be a Q&A for the last 20 minutes of the program.
