Mr. Manuel Donelson

Mr. Manuel Donelson is a seasoned educational leader with over 25 years of experience working with students and 23 years dedicated to education. Joining IMSA in 2021, Mr. Donelson brings a wealth of expertise in admissions, student engagement, and program management to his role as Assistant Director of Admissions and Enrollment.
Prior to IMSA, Mr. Donelson served as Associate Director of Admissions, Events, and Programs at his alma mater, where he led a dynamic team of Student Ambassadors, Admissions Counselors, Transfer Advisors, and Processing Representatives within the Enrollment Management Division. His leadership was instrumental in organizing and executing over 200 admissions events and programs annually, ensuring exceptional engagement and operational excellence. Mr. Donelson also contributed to key initiatives as a member of the veterans, scholarship, and open house committees.
Throughout his career, Mr. Donelson has demonstrated a deep commitment to student success, recruitment, and creating meaningful connections. His work has included recruitment efforts, application reviews, admissions decisions, and facilitating information sessions that empower students to pursue their academic aspirations.
Mr. Donelson extensive background, combined with his passion for education, makes him a valuable asset to IMSA’s mission of fostering academic excellence and creating opportunities for talented students.
