About

IMSA Power Pitch is a STEM Business Idea Pitch Competition for students in grades 6 through 12 held on April 6, 2019. Every year students apply, are coached and mentored in pitching skills and compete in what is considered one of the best business idea pitch competitions in Illinois. The competition is hosted by the Steven and Jamie Chen Center for Innovation & Inquiry (IN2) at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) in Aurora, Illinois.

Coaching

Applicants are invited to attend IMSA on Monday nights between January and April for the IMSA TALENT INC. Cafe (6 to 8 pm) to receive coaching and mentoring on how to craft their idea into the best business idea and pitch. Twenty applicants are selected to compete on April 6th in front of a panel of judges.
