STEM Pathways

STEM Pathways

The STEM Pathways Program is an applied learning experience which uses college and career readiness methodologies to explore the Future of Work.  The economy of the future is an agile, technology-enabled, human-optimized and inclusive system. Our program explores how technologies like automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence are shaping how we work, where we work, and the skills we need to work.

The program further prepares youth from under-served communities to explore innovative, emerging and equitable career pathways for themselves to become STEM innovators, designers, and leaders.

To ensure all students are “future ready” and informed about the #FutureofWork so they are confident in their college and career transition.

We empower the future workforce and strengthen the STEM education to career pipeline by preparing the students to become 1- Culturally Responsive 2 – Actively Informed 3 – Systemically Engaged.
