Sindhu Chalasani ’24 traveled to California in November 2023, to present her research at the International Forum on Research Excellence Conference. Sindhu presented her SIR project on computer-aided drug design to create new treatments for necrotizing enterocolitis in the Cellular Biology and Biochemistry category. This opportunity was brought to her attention by a new release from Sigma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society.
