Event registrations open one month before the event and close two days before the event date unless the event has reached capacity.

Preview Day
Preview Day allows prospective students and their families to explore all IMSA has to offer. Families will get to experience a detailed look into academics and residential life at the Academy. Informational sessions, tours, and activities are held throughout the day.

Campus Tours – Presentation & Tour
Tour the campus with our Admissions team! Prospective students and families can get an insider tour of campus from Student Ambassadors, and attend a presentation about the Admissions process with our Admissions Counselors. The day will conclude with a Q&A session where families can ask questions about the admissions process, or life at IMSA.
Part of the campus tour is outside, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate attire. The event is approximately two hours long, starting at 10:00 a.m. and concluding around 12:00 p.m.

Campus Tours – Tour Only
Tour the campus with the Student Ambassadors! Attendees will be given a tour to get a glimpse into the lives of our students. This event is a great option for families who are familiar with the admissions process, and just want to see the campus.
Part of the campus tour is outside, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate attire. The event is approximately one hour long, starting at 10:00 a.m. and concluding around 11:00 a.m.

IMSA in Your Neighborhood
Can’t make it to campus? IMSA might be in your neighborhood! Discover our innovative curriculum, supportive environment, and exciting extracurriculars. We’ll also be available to answer your questions and help you decide if IMSA is the right choice. Registration is required for all events due to limited capacity. Please sign up early to secure your place.

IMSA’s Admissions Office would love the opportunity to visit your school to give a presentation or participate in a high school fair. Please complete this form to request a visit from IMSA to your school/organization. An admissions staff member will contact you for further details.
Group Visits to IMSA
IMSA offers schools/organizations the opportunity to participate in a group visit to our campus. We offer three to five group visits per year, from October through February. Groups will be selected on a first-come first-served basis. Selected groups will participate in a tour of the campus, a STEM activity, lunch, an admissions presentation, and a Q&A with some of our student ambassadors. We ask that only school/organization personnel fill out the form. We hope to see you and your students on campus!

Virtual Family Meetings
Meet one-on-one with an Admissions Counselor via Zoom/Google Meets. 30-minute appointments are available from September to December. Please schedule an appointment with the counselor based on the first letter of your last name.
